Walking Field Trip Day

Drop off at Apple Blossom, pick up at a local park or the library, depending on the weather. 9 am - 2:30 pm. We will take our learning on the go and explore downtown museums and galleries. September will be Watermark Art Gallery, Library, and Paul Bunyan Park.

Enchanted Halloween Early Childhood Afternoon

Join us with your little ones ages birth - 7 years for a sweet time in Snow White’s Enchanted Halloween Kingdom. Come dressed up or borrow a costume while you are here. Find the Forest Animals, peek in the Dwarves Cottage, play amongst the pumpkins, and hear a story with cider and applesauce around the campfire. Under age 2 are free. Enchanted Halloween

An enchanting evening in the Fairytale Village of Snow White awaits! Watch the Shadow Puppet Show and then follow the Jack O’ Lantern lit path into the village. Visit the dwarves cottage, make a wish in the well, look in the magic mirror, and stop by the campfire for apple cider and apple crisp. Come dressed up (no gory costumes please) and enjoy a stop at the Bake Shop on your way out to purchase a treat! Dress for the weather! Tickets Available Here

Parent Meet and Greet

All families welcome and encouraged to come hear more about Apple Blossom philosophy and policies! This is especially important to attend if you are a Preschool, Kindergarten, First Grade, or new family. We will not have childcare available, so please plan for childcare if you can, and at least one household caregiver attends. Or plan to have your child(ren) play a quiet game or read or draw nearby. We will keep it short! No screens/tech at Apple Blossom please.

Back to School Drop off Morning

9:30 am - noon - All Grades welcome but especially preschool, kindergarten, first grade and new children! Come see what a morning looks like at Apple Blossom before we begin school on Sept 2nd. Parents of preschool and kindergarten kids will draw a nature symbol on their child’s name tag for the school year as a gesture of their love and care that will stay with their child during their school day. This special nametag is used on your child’s indoor and outdoor coat hook. Older children will make their own nametag and get familiar with the space and routine. Morning snack is provided.

Join us outdoors and at the Yurts for an Enchanting Afternoon

Apple Blossom and Peacemakers are partnering to bring you this Welcoming and multicultural Event. Come celebrate the longest day of the year with us! family friendly and fun for all ages! Free Activities such as flower crowns, fairy gardens, Play spaces and fairytale Tea for the littles, Archery, Maypole dance, face painting, Henna, puppet show and Live Music! Food for purchase from organizations fundraising for good causes!

Food for purchase such as Brats, shaved ice with natural syrups, and strawberry shortcake in compostable containers.

This is a litter free event so bring your own water bottle and we will provide water refill stations.

Puppet Show at 4:30 PM performed by kids from our Puppetry Camp.

Join us for our first annual plant, Books, and Bake Sale!

Apple Blossom families have been growing starter plants for the community to raise money for our scholarship fund! In addition we are selling children’s used books, outdoor clothing and equipment, crafts, and baked goods! Tours of the Apple Blossom Yurts available.

Bring the family and check out our sale and support our program.

* We are accepting donations of children’s books and outdoor clothing and equipment such as winter gear, rain gear, bikes, trikes, skis, skates, snowshoes etc.
